Our History

A multi-skilled team with experience in business management accounting conducts the audits with the latest methods and information system tools. Team with the business oriented approach focuses on an understanding of the client’s business much deeper than the knowledge of the accounting system and records that makes them more alert to problems and opportunities from a management and commercial perspective.

Our Managing partner Mr C.R.Rao is a qualified chartered accountant from India and also holding degree in Law. He has acquired rich experience having worked in Price Water House and Alexander Grand Mattar (later merged with Aurther Anderson). He also served as financial controller of Dubai Municipality in 1979. He got involved with a number of audits of bank, financial institutions Industrial and hotel projects. Since, 1983 he has been guiding the firm with his vast expertise and knowledge.

To serve our global clientele better, we have set up our offices in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Our high standard of professional ethics, timely service, integrity and reputation earned over the years has enlisted us on the panel of approved auditors of many local and international banks as well as free zones authorities.

The firm is led by a team of qualified and widely experienced professionals dedicated to practice of the profession in the highest standards and committed to providing the best services to the clients.
